Why CeGaT exists

CeGaT offers DNA and RNA sequencing of tumor tissue. DNA sequencing maps variants to uncover what is driving the cancer, with whole exome data useful when a personalized vaccine is under consideration. RNA sequencing looks for transcriptome abnormalities that may inform treatment. Together these give patients a fuller genetic picture before choosing a therapy.
